SAKERNAS Census February 2021

SAKERNAS (National Labor Force Survey) is one of the BPS surveys to collect employment data. The resulting data can describe the state of employment in a region, including conditions of employment and unemployment. Manpower data collection through SAKERNAS is conducted semiannually, namely in February and August.
The SAKERNAS February 2021 has a special purpose to collect information related to the impact of Covid-19 on employment in Indonesia.

After carrying out household updating and sampling, door-to-door surveying of the selected household samples was carried out. Officers conducted field enumeration from February 8-28, 2021.

As a form of gratitude to respondents, BPS Pringsewu District also gave souvenirs to respondents. The enumeration implementation cannot be separated from the monitoring process, this is to provide assurance that the information obtained does not go out of line with existing concepts and definitions.
