Focus Group Discussion (FGD) BPS Kabupaten Pringsewu Tahun 2021

BPS Pringsewu Regency held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the theme Utilization of Statistical Data to Support Development in Pringsewu Regency in 2021. The event was held at the Pringsewu Urban Style Hotel while still adhering to health protocols. The resource persons for this activity were the Head of the Pringsewu Regency BPS, Mr. Eddy Prayitno, S.Si., M.Si and the Head of the Pringsewu Regency Regional Development Planning Agency Mr. Akhmad Fadoli, M.Si.

The event was attended by all related OPD/K/L/I within Pringsewu Regency and organic BPS Pringsewu Regency.

Head of BPS Pringsewu Regency in his speech said that the data is important as the main reference for policies, development planning among the government and other data users. Therefore, this should be a concern for all of us in building a better and more advanced Pringsewu.

Furthermore, Mr. Akhmad Fadoli, M.Si in his presentation explained in detail the role and importance of data in the development planning of Pringsewu Regency for 2021-2022, and the importance of the participation of OPD/K/L/I related to statistical data.

The next presentation was from Mr. Eddy Prayitno, S.Si., M.Si who explained about sectoral statistical data, basic and special statistical data, statistical recommendations, and also explained the use of BPS data and the role of OPD/Satker in the preparation of BPS publications.

It is hoped that this FGD can produce statistical data with one data to answer the challenges of a better Pringsewu development and improve the quality and improvement of statistical data so that it can be used for planning, evaluation and the basis for making government policies. This activity also resulted in a FGD Forum for coordination and collaboration between related OPD/K/L/I.
