Quarter III Construction Cost Survey

BPS Pringsewu Regency carried out data collection for the 2021 Quarter III Construction Costliness Price Survey in July. The Construction Costly Price Survey (SHKK) was used to calculate the Construction Cost Index (IKK). This index is used to calculate the District/City DAU (General Allocation Fund). SHKK is conducted quarterly, namely in January, April, July, and October. The main data collected in this survey include rental prices for heavy equipment, prices for building materials, and wages for construction workers. Respondents who were enumerated were wholesalers selling building materials, heavy equipment rental services, contractors, and the Public Works Department. In this documentation, the Pringsewu Regency BPS staff collects data on the prices of building materials and labor wages.
