Survey of Micro and Small Industries (IMK) Quarter III 2021

In October 2021 to be exact, October 1-9, BPS Pringsewu Regency again carried out data collection for the Quarter III Micro and Small Industry Survey (VIMK). The Quarterly Micro and Small Industry Survey (VIMK) is a survey conducted on a sample basis of micro-industrial businesses/companies (having a workforce of 1-4 people) and small industrial businesses/companies (having a workforce of 5-19 people). This survey aims to determine the production index growth of the micro and small industry sector every three months which can be used as material for planning macro economic activities. Quarterly VIMK is held regularly every year, namely in January, April, July and October. Data collected in the Quarterly VIMK includes production values, income, expenses, and the number of workers.
The number of samples in this activity was 97 samples of micro and small industrial enterprises from 17 BS spread across several sub-districts such as Ambarawa, Pagelaran, Pringsewu, Gading Rejo, Sukoharjo and Banyumas. The quarterly VIMK data collection is expected to provide a more accurate picture of the growth of micro and small growth both at the provincial and national levels.
