Regent Secretary of Pringsewu Regency Launched Village Cinta Statistik

Gading Rejo - Regional Secretary of Pringsewu Regency together with the Head of BPS Pringsewu Regency launched the Village of Statistics (Desa Cantik) program at the Evaluation Workshop on the Implementation of Sectoral Statistics (EPSS) and the launch of the Village of Statistics. This activity took place at the Regency Hotel, Wednesday (8/5/2024).

Desa Cantik is a BPS Quick Win program which aims to increase the competency of village/pekon officials in the field of data management and utilize it for development goals in the village. In 2024, four pekons will be selected as the locus for the Beautiful Village program: Pekon Lugusari, Pekon Panutan, Pekon Wonodadi Utara, and Pekon Fajar Agung. Representatives from the four pekons received a charter establishing Desa Cantik as a symbol of the start of the Desa Cantik program. Later, BPS Pringsewu Regency will provide statistical guidance to these four pekons. (ARF).
