Pringsewu (7/1) – The BPS-Statistics Pringsewu Regency started the 2025 Fiscal Year by holding the First Working Meeting which took place in the BPS Hall of Pringsewu Regency. This meeting was led directly by the Head of BPS-Statistics Pringsewu Regency, Eko Purnomo, SST., MM, and attended by all employees.
This working meeting is an important momentum to evaluate performance achievements in the previous year, formulate new work strategies, and design budget planning and allocation for 2025. In his remarks, Eko Purnomo provided strategic direction and motivation to all employees to maintain work enthusiasm and improve discipline. He emphasized that the success of the organization is highly dependent on the commitment and cooperation of all existing elements.
“We are entering a new year with increasingly complex challenges. However, with synergy and discipline, I am sure we can achieve the targets that have been set. Let's make this year a momentum to continue to innovate and improve the quality of services to the community," said Eko Purnomo in his direction.
Various important topics were discussed in the meeting, including the formation of a new work team for 2025, performance evaluation in 2024, and the preparation of a work plan and budget to support statistical activities in 2025. In addition, each work team leader and person in charge of the activity submitted a report on the nearest tasks and activities, including priority targets that must be achieved.
Each employee was given space to provide input and discuss constructively to ensure that each planned program can run effectively and on target. This discussion also became a forum to strengthen coordination between employees, so that better synergy is created in the future.
This inaugural work meeting was also an important moment for all BPS Pringsewu Regency employees to renew their commitment to improving the quality of public services. The development of the Integrity Zone as an effort to create a clean, transparent, and accountable bureaucracy was again emphasized as one of the organization's main priorities.
