Prevention of Gratification and Conflict of Interest

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Pringsewu Regency conducted an internalization session on the Pillar of Strengthening Supervision and the Signing of Conflict of Interest Declarations as part of the Integrity Zone development.

The Coordinator and members of the Pillar of Strengthening Supervision served as resource persons in this internalization session. The topics presented included Gratification, Conflict of Interest Management, and the Government Internal Control System (SPIP).

The Head of BPS Pringsewu Regency, Eko Purnomo, SST., MM, who was also present at the event, provided guidance to all employees to use State-Owned Assets (BMN) wisely and ensure that they are utilized for official purposes rather than personal interests. This serves as an implementation of conflict of interest management.

All employees showed great enthusiasm in following the discussion on conflict of interest and gratification issues. Several employees raised responses and questions regarding daily situations that might be considered as conflicts of interest or gratification concerns.

The event concluded with the signing of a declaration document stating that all employees are free from conflicts of interest.
