December 2010 Room Occupancy Rate in Lampung Province was 52.09 Percent

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in December 2010 was recorded at 52.09 percent, an increase of 5.61 percent compared to November 2010 which was recorded at 46.48 percent. Meanwhile, compared to December 2009 which was recorded at 46.24 percent, the TPK in December 2010 also increased by 5.85 percent.

The number of guests staying at star-rated hotels in December 2010 was 10,296 people, consisting of 158 foreign guests and 10,296 domestic guests, an increase of 12.85 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, compared to December 2009, the number of overnight guests increased by 42.52 percent.

The average length of stay of guests at star-rated hotels in December 2010 was 1.60 days, or 0.04 days higher compared to the previous month, and compared to December 2009, also 0.17 days higher.
