Abstract

The work force in August 2018 was 4,232.1 thousand people, down by 163.8 thousand compared to February 2018 and up 159.6 thousand compared to August 2017.

TPT in August 2018 was 4.06 percent, down by 0.27 points compared to TPT in August 2017 (4.33 percent). In absolute terms, the number of job seekers (open unemployment) has decreased by 4.6 thousand people, down 2.59 percent over the past year.

The population working in August 2018 is 4,060.4 thousand. The number was reduced by 145.1 thousand people from February 2018 but increased by 164.1 thousand compared to a year ago.
