The Average Price of Grain (GKP) at Farmers Decreased 4.05 percent

Abstract

During September 2020, the Grain Producer Price Survey recorded 45 observations. Observations were dominated by the quality of Harvest Dried Grain (GKP).

The highest price of unhulled rice at the farmer level is Rp. 5,300.00 per kg of GKP quality grain with Ciherang Varieties are found in Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency. The lowest grain price reached Rp. 4,300.00 per kg of GKP quality grain with Ciherang variety is found in Penengah District, South Lampung Regency. This price is higher than the Government Purchase Price (HPP) of Rp. 4,200.00 per kg.

At the milling level, the highest price of unhulled rice is Rp. 5,450.00 per kg of GKP quality grain with Ciherang variety is found in Punggur Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency, while the lowest grain price for GKP quality group is Rp. 4,400.00 per kg with Ciherang Variety found in Penengah District, South Lampung Regency. The price is above the COGS, which is Rp. 4,250.00 per kg.
