Development of Star Hotel Room Occupancy Rates in Lampung Province December 2022

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Lampung Province in December 2022 was recorded at 58.74 percent, an increase of 1.76 points compared to the TPK for hotels in November 2022 which was recorded at 56.98 percent. When compared with the same month in 2021, the ROR for star hotels fell by 2.40 points.

The number of guests during December 2022 who stayed at star-rated hotels reached 79,407 people, consisting of 143 foreign guests and 79,264 domestic guests. This condition has increased by 9,988 people (14.39 percent) compared to November 2022 which was recorded at 69,419 people.

The average length of stay for guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in December 2022 was recorded at 1.74 days, an increase of 0.16 days compared to the RLMT at star hotels in November 2022 which was recorded at 1.58 days.
