Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Lampung Province in January 2023 was recorded at 46.11 percent, down 12.63 points compared to the TPK for hotels in December 2022 which was recorded at 58.74 percent. When compared with the same month in 2022, the ROR for star hotels decreased by 5.08 points.

The number of guests during January 2023 who stayed at star-rated hotels reached 60,292 people, consisting of 104 foreign guests and 60,188 domestic guests. This condition has decreased by 19,115 people (24.07 percent) compared to December 2022 which was recorded at 79,407 people.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in January 2023 was recorded at 1.79 days, an increase of 0.05 days compared to the RLMT at star hotels in December 2022 which was recorded at 1.74 days.
