Data Needs Survey Analysis of BPS-Statistics of Pringsewu Regency 2023

BPS-Statistics of Indonesia, as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always tries to provide excellent service to consumers. The Data Needs Survey (SKD) aims to obtain consumer satisfaction perceptions of BPS data services, identify data needs and consumer satisfaction perceptions of the quality of data produced by BPS. This publication provides a descriptive explanation of service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data requirements, and consumer satisfaction with BPS data quality. The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) are the main indicators presented in this publication.
