The ubinan survey activity is a survey that aims to determine the productivity (yield per hectare) of plants. Currently, crops whose productivity can be measured through tuberculosis are only limited to rice, corn, soybeans, cassava, peanuts and sweet potatoes. In addition to productivity figures, ubinan also includes other supporting data such as land types, planting methods, harvesting methods, control of plant pests (OPT), types of intensification, types of seed variates, number of seeds, use of fertilizers and pesticides, and other qualitative information related to productivity. .
This activity is one of the routine production statistical surveys carried out in each subround which is divided into 3 (three) subrounds, namely subround 1 (January-April), subround 2 (May-August) and subround 3 (September-December). The implementation follows the farmer's harvest time. BPS Pringsewu Regency has conducted a Subround I survey of corn kernels at the end of February 2021.
