Rural Price Survey August 2021

Rural Price Survey data collection in Pringsewu Regency is carried out routinely every month including monitoring the development of agricultural commodity prices along with the prices of production factors used by farmers and monitoring the development of prices for goods and services consumed by households in rural areas. Monitoring the development of prices for goods and services from both sides is used to calculate NTP. In addition, monitoring the development of prices for goods and services from the consumption side is useful for building the Household Consumption Index (IKRT) which is used in calculating the rate of inflation or deflation in rural areas. Respondents in this survey are traders or service providers and farmers. In this documentation the officer records the retail consumer prices of agricultural household goods at Gadingrejo Market.
