Pringsewu - BPS-Statistics of Pringsewu Regency held an Expose the Results of the Evaluation of the Implementation of Sectoral Statistics (EPSS) 2024 and the Results of the 2023 Agricultural Census to stakeholders in the Pringsewu Regency Regional Government (4/12/2024). Held in the Regional Secretary's Meeting Room, this event was attended by the Regional Secretary of Pringsewu Regency, Drs. Heri Iswahyudi, M. Ag, and the Head of the Pringsewu Regency Communication and Informatics Service, Moudy Ary Nazolla, S.STP, MH, as well as representatives from related agencies within the regional government.
The EPSS activity is an activity to assess the level of maturity of the implementation of sectoral statistical activities by government institutions, non-ministerial government institutions, and local governments. The output of the EPSS is the Statistical Development Index (IPS). In 2024, the Pringsewu Regency Regional Government received an IPS score of 2.53 which is included in the Sufficient category. On this occasion, the Regional Secretary of Pringsewu Regency, Drs. Heri Iswahyudi, M. Ag, presented the award certificate to the Pringsewu Regency Health Office and the Pringsewu Regency Agriculture Office as a sample of the 2024 EPSS activities. In the activity material, the Head of the Pringsewu Regency BPS, Eko Purnomo, SST, MM, conveyed several evaluation notes to improve the IPS value in the future.
In addition, in connection with the completion of the 2023 Agricultural Census data processing period, the 2023 Agricultural Census data exposure for Pringsewu Regency was also conveyed. The ST2023 data exposure was delivered by Pranata Komputer Muda, Ahmad Rifki Febrianto, SST, M.EKK. In the material presented, several highlights were given regarding the condition of the agricultural sector in Pringsewu Regency. It is hoped that these highlights can encourage related agencies to collaborate to formulate strategies and policies for agricultural sector development in Pringsewu Regency. (ARF)
