The harvest area of Lampung Province in 2021 will reach 489.57 thousand hectares with a production of 2.49 million tons of GKG

Abstract

The rice harvested area in 2021 will reach around 489.57 thousand hectares, a decrease of 55.58 thousand hectares or 10.19 percent compared to 2020 which was 545.15 thousand hectares.

Rice production in 2021 is 2.49 million tons of GKG, a decrease of 164.84 thousand tons of GKG or 6.22 percent compared to 2020 which was 2.65 million tons of GKG.

Rice production in 2021 for food consumption for the population will reach 1.43 million tons, a decrease of 94.76 thousand tons or 6.22 percent compared to rice production in 2020 which was 1.52 million tons.

The rice harvest area in Lampung Province in 2019 is estimated at 464.10 thousand hectares or a decrease of 47.84 thousand hectares or 9.34 percent compared to 2018.

In April 2024, year on year (y-on-y) inflation in East Lampung Regency will be 5.12 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 109.72.
