In April 2024, year on year (y-on-y) inflation in East Lampung Regency will be 5.12 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 109.72.

Abstract

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in nine expenditure group indices, namely: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 11.19 percent; clothing and footwear group at 6.05 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group at 0.34 percent; equipment, tools and routine household maintenance group of 0.89 percent; health group by 0.55 percent; information, communication and financial services group at 0.05 percent; recreation, sports and culture group at 0.21 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group at 0.88 percent; and the personal care and other services group at 1.92 percent. Furthermore, there was one group that experienced y-on-y deflation, namely the transportation group at 0.13 percent. One other group did not experience change, namely the education group.

The month to month (m-to-m) deflation rate for April 2024 is 0.24 percent and year to date (y-to-d) inflation for April 2024 is 0.61 percent.
