Development of Star Hotel Room Occupancy Rates in Lampung Province February 2023

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Lampung Province in February 2023 was recorded at 50.89 percent, an increase of 4.78 points compared to the TPK for hotels in January 2023 which was recorded at 46.11 percent. When compared with the same month in 2022, the TPK for star hotels increased by 2.41 points.

The number of guests during February 2023 who stayed at star-rated hotels reached 59,762 people, consisting of 138 foreign guests and 59,624 domestic guests. This condition has decreased by 530 people (0.88 percent) compared to January 2023 which was recorded at 60,292 people.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in February 2023 was recorded at 2.00 days, an increase of 0.21 days compared to the RLMT for star hotels in January 2023 which was recorded at 1.79 days.
