Abstract

The Gender Inequality Index (IKG) for Lampung Province in 2022 was 0.456, down 0.002 points compared to 2021 which was 0.458.

The decline in the Gender Inequality Index (IKG) is mainly influenced by improvements in the dimensions of reproductive health.

Improvements in the reproductive health dimension are influenced by improvements in indicators for the proportion of women aged 15-49 years whose first live birth was aged < 20 years, which fell from 27.5 percent in 2021 to 26.9 percent in 2022.
