Inauguration of the Statistics Corner at Aisyah Pringsewu University

The Rector of Aisyah Pringsewu University, Wisnu Probo Wijayanto, S.Kep., Ners., MAN, stated in his speech that, “The Statistics Corner was initiated to meet the needs of academics and students for statistical resources. Student and faculty research require accurate and accountable data. The presence of the Statistics Corner has been eagerly awaited by students at Aisyah Pringsewu University.”

The Head of BPS-Statistics Lampung Province, who fully supports the establishment of this Statistics Corner, invited all UAP academics, starting with the statistics ambassadors, to support the operations of the Statistics Corner to ensure its benefits are realized. “We are the ones who will nurture and grow this newborn, the Statistics Corner. What is the meaning of a birth if, in due time, it lacks meaningful and beneficial activities not only for students and faculty but also for the wider community”

The event continued with the inauguration of the Statistics Corner, located in the UAP library. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by the Head of BPS-Statistics Lampung Province, accompanied by the Rector of UAP and the Head of BPS-Statistics Pringsewu Regency.

With the establishment of the Statistics Corner, BPS-Statistics reinforces its role as an institution committed to bringing data closer to the public, promoting statistical literacy, and supporting the development of a data-conscious society in the digital era.
