Pringsewu (15/5) – BPS-Statistics of Pringsewu Regency held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) regarding the evaluation of Public Service Standards in the Integrated Statistics Service (PST). This activity took place in the Hall of the BPS-Statistics Pringsewu Regency.
This FGD was attended by 29 participants from various agencies in Pringsewu Regency, including BPS Pringsewu itself, the Communication and Information Service, the Regional Development Planning Agency, the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Service, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Indonesian National Youth Committee, and academics from Muhammadiyah University and Aisyah University of Pringsewu, as well as representatives of local media and public broadcasting institutions.
The event began with an opening by the Head of BPS Pringsewu Regency, Eko Purnomo, SST., M.M. Continued with a presentation by the Integrated Statistics Service Team regarding the implementation of Service Standards in the BPS Pringsewu PST which is a benchmark in the implementation of public services based on statistical data.
The main session of the FGD was a panel discussion discussing the evaluation and renewal of Public Service Standards in three main aspects of Integrated Statistical Services, namely statistical consultation services, library services, and statistical activity recommendation services. All participants actively provided input and suggestions so that public services at BPS Pringsewu would be more responsive, accurate, and in accordance with the needs of the community using the services.
This activity is part of the ongoing efforts of BPS Pringsewu Regency to improve the quality of transparent and reliable public statistical services, by involving various stakeholders in order to create services that are oriented towards public satisfaction and the development of BPS's internal capacity.
With routine evaluations through FGDs, BPS Pringsewu hopes to continue to improve the service standards implemented, so that they can meet expectations and provide optimal contributions to regional development.
