Abstract

The export value of Lampung Province in January 2009 reached US$ 138.32 million or decreased by US$ 56.10 million (28.86 percent) compared to exports in December 2008, while compared to January 2008 it decreased by US$ 71.84 million (34.18 percent). ) of US$ 210.16 million.

The largest decline in exports in January 2009 occurred in vegetable oils at US$ 16.74 million, coffee and spices at US$ 8.59 million, fish and shrimp at US$ 6.47 million, and processed fruit at US$ 5.43 million. . Meanwhile, a fairly high increase in exports occurred in chocolate and organic chemicals, valued at US$ 3.13 million and US$ 0.16 million respectively.

In January 2009, the export value of vegetable oil, coffee, fish and shrimp, and pulp/pulp made a relatively large contribution, namely 31.72 percent, 17.75 percent, 12.15 percent, and 6.58 percent respectively. of the total exports of Lampung Province. The role of these four groups reached 68.20 percent of the total export value in the same period.
